Jalan Jendela
Landed Residential Project
This landed residence at Jalan Jendela is conceived as a contemporary family home defined by clarity of form, openness of space, and a strong relationship between indoors and outdoors. The architecture emphasises clean lines and restrained materiality, allowing proportion, light, and spatial flow to take precedence.
Internally, the ground floor is planned as a continuous, open living environment. The living, dining, and kitchen zones are visually connected yet clearly defined through ceiling treatments, furniture placement, and changes in material. A double-volume stairwell becomes a central architectural feature, promoting vertical openness while enhancing daylight penetration and cross-ventilation. The staircase itself is kept visually light, reinforcing the home’s overall sense of spatial fluidity.
